Return Policy
At Mami Chelis Birria, customer satisfaction and product safety are our top priorities. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items, whether opened or unopened.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number and photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement or issue store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, food products cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our facility. This policy ensures every customer receives fresh, high-quality items.
